In Virginia 4-years colleges and universites, 2,788 students are 18 years old or younger(0.43%), 66,533 students are 18 or 19 years old (10.25%), 72,482 students are between 20 and 22 years old (11.17%), 51,373 students are between 22 and 24 years old (7.92%), 42,162 students are between 25 and 29 years old (6.50%), 44,194 students are between 30 and 39 years old (6.81%), 26,097 students are between 40 and 49 years old (4.02%), 17,953 students are 50 years old or older (2.77%)
