For the calendar year 2023, 309 VAWA occured at Minnesota colleges. The VAWA rate per 1,000 students is 0.75 at Minnesota college campues. By violation type, there were 42 domestic violences, 80 dating violences, and 187 stalking VAWA cases.

Of the 271 total on-campus VAWA at Minnesota colleges,

8.86% were domestic violences, and the on-campus domestaic violence rate per 1,000 students is 0.06.
28.78% were dating violences, and the on-campus dating violence rate per 1,000 students is 0.19.
62.36% were stalking related, and the on-campus stalking rate per 1,000 students is 0.41.

For all VAWA cases, there were 271 on-campus, 26 non-campus, 12 public property, and 111 residence hall VAWA occured last year. (The number for on-campus VAWA includes residence hall VAWA).
