The 2023 average acceptance rate of Indiana colleges is 68.56% and the admission yield is 21.49%. A total of 320,548 applicants have applied to Indianacolleges (four-years) and 219,772 have accepted to admit into one or more schools. Finally, 47,232 students out of the accepted students have enrolled into one of the accepted colleges.

For Indiana college admission, the total number of applicants increased by 27,657 (9.44%) compared to last year, from 292,891 applicants. The number of students enrolled in first year decreased by 215, which is less than -0.45% last year.

Indiana colleges' acceptance rate decreased by 4.55% compared to last year, which means harder to get into Indiana colleges. The yield decreased by 0.67%.

Among Indiana colleges, University of Notre Dame has the lowest acceptance rate of 12.91% with 3,421 accepted students out of 26,509 applicants. Purdue University-Main Campus has the most number of applicants of 68,582 and Indiana University-Bloomington has the most number of first-year enrolled students of 9,736.
