Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes

The percentage of white students is 62.78%. The percentage was 66.01% 10 years ago and West Point still has a high percentage of white students. 11.63% of enrolled students is Asian and 8.85% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 11.49% of the student body.

Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 66.01% to 62.78%. Asian enrollment grew from 5.77% to 11.63%. Black student enrollment decreased from 9.64% to 8.85%. Hispanic student representation contracted from 11.57% to 11.49%.
