Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2025, with 3 year-over-year increases and 6 decreases. It peaked at 282 students in 2016 and was lowest at 248 in 2019. Overall, enrollment dropped from 282 to 261 students, a net loss of 21 (7.4%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes

The percentage of white students is 45.98% and the percentage of black students is 14.56% at Texas Chiropractic College Foundation Inc. 8.05% of enrolled students is Asian. Hispanic students comprise 8.05% of the student body.
