Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2024, with 6 year-over-year increases and 2 decreases. It peaked at 95 students in 2020 and was lowest at 55 in 2016. Overall, enrollment rose from 55 to 91 students, a net gain of 36 (65.5%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes
The percentage of white students is 70.33%. The percentage was 76.36% 10 years ago and Shepherds still has a high percentage of white students. 5.49% of enrolled students is Asian and 4.40% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 6.59% of the student body.
Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 76.36% to 70.33%. Asian enrollment declined from 7.27% to 5.49%. Black student enrollment decreased from 7.27% to 4.40%. Hispanic student representation expanded from 5.45% to 6.59%.
