Student Population Changes

The average student population over the last 11 years is 199 where 206 students are attending the school for the academic year 2024-2025.

Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2025, with 5 year-over-year increases and 4 decreases. It peaked at 250 students in 2017 and was lowest at 155 in 2022. Overall, enrollment rose from 186 to 206 students, a net gain of 20 (10.8%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes

The percentage of white students is 51.46%. The percentage was 68.28% 10 years ago and NTI still has a high percentage of white students. 1.46% of enrolled students is Asian and 4.85% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 33.01% of the student body.

Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 68.28% to 51.46%. Asian enrollment declined from 2.69% to 1.46%. Black student enrollment increased from 2.15% to 4.85%. Hispanic student representation expanded from 19.89% to 33.01%.

The overall racial diversity, measured by the Census Bureau Diversity Index, is 0.6183 which indicates that moderately diverse. This increased from 0.4923 a decade ago, suggesting that racial diversity has improved.
