Student Population Changes
The average student population over the last 11 years is 197 where 186 students are attending the school for the academic year 2024-2025.
Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2025, with 3 year-over-year increases and 6 decreases. It peaked at 396 students in 2023 and was lowest at 132 in 2019. Overall, enrollment dropped from 234 to 186 students, a net loss of 48 (20.5%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes
The percentage of white students is 57.53%. The percentage was 50.85% 10 years ago and International Academy still has a high percentage of white students. 1.61% of enrolled students is Asian and 28.49% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 8.06% of the student body.
Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students increased from 50.85% to 57.53%. Asian enrollment grew from 0.43% to 1.61%. Black student enrollment decreased from 33.33% to 28.49%. Hispanic student representation contracted from 14.10% to 8.06%.
The overall racial diversity, measured by the Census Bureau Diversity Index, is 0.5808 which indicates that moderately diverse. This decreased from 0.6104 a decade ago, suggesting that racial diversity has declined.
