Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2025, with 5 year-over-year increases and 4 decreases. It peaked at 217 students in 2016 and was lowest at 73 in 2018. Overall, enrollment dropped from 217 to 135 students, a net loss of 82 (37.8%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes
The percentage of white students is 61.48%. The percentage was 67.28% 10 years ago and Flagler Technical still has a high percentage of white students. 1.48% of enrolled students is Asian and 11.85% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 17.04% of the student body.
Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 67.28% to 61.48%. Asian enrollment grew from 0.92% to 1.48%. Black student enrollment decreased from 12.44% to 11.85%. Hispanic student representation contracted from 18.43% to 17.04%.
