Student Population Changes
The average student population over the last 11 years is 24 where 27 students are attending the school for the academic year 2024-2025.
Total enrollment fluctuated between 2016 and 2025, with 5 year-over-year increases and 4 decreases. It peaked at 32 students in 2018 and was lowest at 15 in 2023. Overall, enrollment rose from 22 to 27 students, a net gain of 5 (22.7%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes
The percentage of white students is 25.93% and the percentage of black students is 59.26% at Cass Career Center. Hispanic students comprise 3.70% of the student body.
Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 86.36% to 25.93%. Black student enrollment increased from 4.55% to 59.26%. Hispanic student representation expanded from 0.00% to 3.70%.
The overall racial diversity, measured by the Census Bureau Diversity Index, is 0.5734 which indicates that moderately diverse. This increased from 0.2438 a decade ago, suggesting that racial diversity has improved.
