Student Population Changes
The average student population over the last 10 years is 54 where 41 students are attending the school for the academic year 2024-2025.
Total enrollment fluctuated between 2017 and 2025, with 2 year-over-year increases and 5 decreases. It peaked at 75 students in 2018 and was lowest at 29 in 2023. Overall, enrollment dropped from 74 to 41 students, a net loss of 33 (44.6%).

Enrollment by Race/Ethnicity Changes
The percentage of white students is 58.54%. The percentage was 67.57% 10 years ago and Butte County ROP still has a high percentage of white students. 2.44% of enrolled students is Asian and 4.88% is black students. Hispanic students comprise 26.83% of the student body.
Over the past 10 years, the racial composition has shifted. The percentage of white students decreased from 67.57% to 58.54%. Asian enrollment declined from 6.76% to 2.44%. Black student enrollment increased from 0.00% to 4.88%. Hispanic student representation expanded from 18.92% to 26.83%.
The overall racial diversity, measured by the Census Bureau Diversity Index, is 0.5800 which indicates that moderately diverse. This increased from 0.5007 a decade ago, suggesting that racial diversity has improved.

Butte County Regional Occupational Program does not offer online degree/certificate programs. All Students have enrolled in on-campus programs.
