In South Dakota 4-years colleges and universites, 2,863 students are 18 years old or younger(6.34%), 5,098 students are 18 or 19 years old (11.29%), 4,657 students are between 20 and 22 years old (10.31%), 3,523 students are between 22 and 24 years old (7.80%), 2,184 students are between 25 and 29 years old (4.84%), 2,369 students are between 30 and 39 years old (5.25%), 1,277 students are between 40 and 49 years old (2.83%), 600 students are 50 years old or older (1.33%)
