In Louisiana 4-years colleges and universites, 14,990 students are 18 years old or younger(5.23%), 42,140 students are 18 or 19 years old (14.69%), 35,593 students are between 20 and 22 years old (12.41%), 22,336 students are between 22 and 24 years old (7.79%), 11,938 students are between 25 and 29 years old (4.16%), 10,017 students are between 30 and 39 years old (3.49%), 4,268 students are between 40 and 49 years old (1.49%), 2,075 students are 50 years old or older (0.72%)
