For the calendar year 2023, 1,215 criminal offenses occured at Massachusetts colleges. The crimial offenses rate per 1,000 students is 1.79 at Massachusetts college campues.

Of the 904 total on-campus criminal offenses at Massachusetts colleges,

There were 1 murders, including Non-negligent manslaughter on Massachusetts college campuses.
There were 402 sexual assault incluing rape, fondling, incest, and statutory rape. The sexual assault crime rate per 1,000 students is 0.59 at Massachusetts college campuses.
There were 15 robberies, and the robbery crime rate per 1,000 students is 0.02 at Massachusetts college campuses.
There were 91 aggravated assaults, and the aggravated assaults crime rate per 1,000 students is 0.13 at Massachusetts college campuses.
There were 177 burglary, and the burglary crime rate per 1,000 students is 0.26 at Massachusetts college campuses.
