For the academic year 2021-22, the acceptance rate is 69.14% and the yield is 17.16%. 7,572 men and 4,006 women applied to NJIT and 5,000 men and 3,005 women students were accepted. SAT and ACT Score Distribution

For the academic year 2021-2022, 577 students (42% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 70 students (5%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 690 and the 25th percentile is 580. The SAT Math score is 740 (75th) and 600 (25th). The submitted ACT composite score is 33 (75th percentile) and 27 (25th percentile).
