Admission Statistics

For the academic year 2021-22, the acceptance rate is 10.54% and the yield is 42.51%. 4,957 men and 5,556 women applied to Grinnell and 464 men and 644 women students were accepted. SAT and ACT Score Distribution

For the academic year 2021-2022, 137 students (29% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 154 students (33%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 750 and the 25th percentile is 670. The SAT Math score is 780 (75th) and 700 (25th). The submitted ACT composite score is 34 (75th percentile) and 30 (25th percentile).
