Compared to last year, the acceptance rate is lower by 2.64%. The acceptance rate at 4 private New Jersey colleges increased and the rate of 9 colleges decreased.

Princeton University has the lowest (i.e. hard to admit) acceptance rate of 4.62%. Stevens Institute of Technology (47.58%) and Drew University (67.83%) are following it in the list of Tightest New Jersey Private Colleges to Get In.

Princeton University stays at first place of the lowest acceptance rate ranking since last year. Stevens Institute of Technology also maintained its second place in the ranking.
