Admission Statistics

For academic year 2019-20, the acceptance rate is 89.33% and yield is 25.58%. 6,057 men and 7,704 women applied to ODU and 5,300 men and 6,993 women students were accepted. Among them, 1,438 men and 1,707 women were enrolled into the school (Fall 2019). SAT and ACT Score Distribution

For academic year 2019-2020, 2,085 students (86% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 399 students (17%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 600 and 25th percentile is 500. The SAT Math score is 580 (75th) and 480 (25th). The submitted ACT score is 71 (75th percentile) and 71 (25th percentile). .
