Admission Statistics

For academic year 2019-20, the acceptance rate is 86.74% and yield is 22.18%. 9,638 men and 9,916 women applied to GMU and 8,132 men and 8,830 women students were accepted. Among them, 1,868 men and 1,895 women were enrolled into the school (Fall 2019). SAT and ACT Score Distribution

For academic year 2019-2020, 2,720 students (72% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 301 students (8%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 660 and 25th percentile is 560. The SAT Math score is 660 (75th) and 550 (25th). The submitted ACT score is 89 (75th percentile) and 89 (25th percentile). .
