Admission Statistics

For academic year 2018-19, the acceptance rate is 61.05% and yield is 21.29%. 2,213 men and 3,256 women applied to Furman and 1,243 men and 2,096 women students were accepted. SAT and ACT Score Distribution

For academic year 2018-2019, 281 students (40% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 353 students (50%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 710 and 25th percentile is 630. The SAT Math score is 700 (75th) and 600 (25th). The submitted ACT score is 96 (75th percentile) and 96 (25th percentile). .
