For the academic year 2019-20, the acceptance rate is 56.65% and the yield is 22.15%. 14,485 men and 17,606 women applied to Pitt and 7,872 men and 10,308 women students were accepted. For the academic year 2019-2020, 3,335 students (83% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 1,376 students (34%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 700 and the 25th percentile is 630. The SAT Math score is 740 (75th) and 630 (25th). The submitted ACT composite score is 33 (75th percentile) and 28 (25th percentile).
