For the academic year 2019-20, the acceptance rate is 73.04% and the yield is 25.77%. 6,634 men and 7,919 women applied to University of Akron Main Campus and 4,813 men and 5,816 women students were accepted. For the academic year 2019-2020, 561 students (21% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 2,476 students (93%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees. For score submitters, SAT 75th percentile score of Evidence-Based Reading/Writing is 610 and the 25th percentile is 490. The SAT Math score is 620 (75th) and 500 (25th).
