For the academic year 2022-23, UI's acceptance rate is 86.00% and the yield (also known as enrollment rate) is 23.40%. 11,278 men and 14,388 women applied to UI and 9,789 men and 12,281 women students were accepted.

SAT and ACT Score Distribution

In 2023, 1,077 students (21% of enrolled) have submitted their SAT scores and 3,264 students (63%) have submitted their ACT scores for seeking degrees at UI.

It requires to submit High School GPA, High School Record (or Transcript), Completion of College Preparatory Program, and English Proficiency Test to its applicants.
